Robot Handling
The LiSEC RES-A enables glass racks to be exchanged quickly and automatically for automatic loading systems. Empty racks are transported automatically into the loading zone and, once loaded, out of the working area again. Industrial trucks are used to position glass racks on and remove them from the RES-A undercarriage. This minimises downtime and ensures a continuous production process. At the same time, the linear system concept makes optimum use of available floor space and provides high storage capacity.
The RES-A consists of a linear chain conveyor with a mobile undercarriage for holding the glass racks. An integrated guidance system ensures safe transport and precise positioning of the racks. The flexible design of the base frame allows a wide range of customer-specific glass racks to be connected.
